Terms of Service

General terms for using the Prybase business management platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@prybase.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Access to the Service requires a paid subscription billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Transmit spam, phishing content, or unsolicited communications.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
  • Scrape or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile the Service.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant Prybase a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

The Prybase platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Prybase. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRYBASE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per AAA rules.
