Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use our platform:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
• Business information: Your business name, address, and configuration settings.
• Client/customer data: Contact details (name, email, phone) for your customers that you enter into the platform. You are the data controller for this information.
• Billing information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We store only your subscription status and Stripe customer ID — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and timestamps, collected automatically via server logs and error-tracking software (Sentry).
• Media files: Images or files you upload, stored via Cloudinary.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Prybase platform.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, booking confirmations).
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy).
• Cloudinary — media file storage.
• Sentry — error monitoring and performance tracking.
• Email providers — transactional email delivery.
• Law enforcement — when required by applicable law or court order.

All third-party service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf.

Cookies: We use session cookies (to keep you signed in) and CSRF cookies (to prevent cross-site request forgery). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Data Retention: We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain limited data for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, after which it is permanently deleted.

Security: We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Prybase is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
